Harpreet is actively involved with all projects, day-to-day business operations, and development.  Harpreet is passionate about transportation geotechnique and driven by continuous improvement to serve clients' needs better.

Harpreet was previously the Senior Geotechnical Engineer of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways for 12+ years.  Before working with Highways, he worked for MDH Engineered Solutions Ltd (now part of SNC-Lavalin Inc) in Saskatchewan and BAUER Spezialtiefbau in Dubai.   

Harpreet is an active member of the Canadian Geotechnical Society (CGS) and is currently serving as the chair of the Transportation Geotechnique Committee.  He also volunteers for the Regina Geotechnical Group (RGG) and previously served as chair of the RGG.  

Ray has joined SoilRocks Team as a Senior Advisor and brings immense knowledge of the design and construction of highways.  Ray worked for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure for 37 years in the design and construction field commencing in 1983.  Prior to working with the Ministry, Ray worked with various Government of Saskatchewan Ministries for 13 years designing and constructing municipal and provincial roads and highways.
